payments - our policy
Once your booking is made, you will receive an email containing an invoice and secure payment link. Payment is required at the time of booking via the link to confirm the stay. Payment is not accepted via any other method. We are unable to hold kennels unpaid. Please ensure you've read our terms and conditions before booking with us.
